THE EXCELLENCE OF ENGINEERING
Dynamic Controls is an engineering company based in Oldham, with a history that runs all the way back to the 19th century, when they invented the water tube boiler. Dynamic Controls limited is a company who describe themselves as being the ‘Leader By Design’, their confidence runs through their motto, demonstrating their faith in their products and applications. This meant that our signage and the design of the signage we manufactured and installed for them, needed to reflect their high values and standards reflected throughout their products. Their company is vital in the world of engineering, they produce: high and low pressure cartridge valves, manifolds, reducing stations, fluid and gas systems - all very technical!
The Design
We were delighted to have been asked by Dynamic Controls to assist them in updating and improving their current signage, giving the company an overall uplift. The company decided to have a rebrand and therefore decided that it was time for their current signage to be updated, and brought inline with their current branding.
We manufactured and installed a variety of signs across the premises: a deluxe entrance sign with folded returns, directional signs which were fitted around site helping to guide visitors clearly, internal meeting room signs with sliders. The deluxe entrance sign with folded returns is a great choice for signage as it ensures that there are no visible fixings on the face of the sign, giving it a sleek and perfected look. The directional signage which we fitted throughout the site to assist visitors needed to be sleek and clear in its message and so to do this we used a bold capitalised white font. In addition to this, we installed cut vinyl graphics to the windows and entrance doors of the building to further advertise and promote the branding of the company.
The Process
We were thrilled to have been asked by Dynamic Controls if we could give their current signage an uplift and therefore improve the overall face and appearance of the company’s grounds. It was an excellent opportunity to be able to boost the company’s self-representation with new signage and help them in further promoting their extremely useful products. With all of the companies that we work with and provide services for, we do reading on the company and its roles and what the company prides itself on. It is hugely insightful to work with companies like this, as it not only allows us to give our design and creative contribution to the company but also impresses us in the complexity behind the everyday machinery we use in life.
